Silvia Quer Palomas is a clinical research professional specialising in the development and evaluation of medical devices. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, she leads clinical research activities supporting the development and clinical translation of the company’s innovative marine-derived biomaterials, while contributing to their regulatory pathway and the development of quality systems supporting compliance with applicable standards.

She holds a PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, as well as Master’s degrees in Neuroscience, Clinical Psychology and Health, and Clinical Trial Monitoring. Her academic and professional career has combined research, clinical practice, teaching, and scientific collaboration, including experience as an Associate Professor.

Her previous experience also includes clinical and digital health research, where she contributed to studies investigating patient outcomes, treatment adherence, quality of life and the implementation of technology-supported healthcare interventions. Her work has resulted in publications in international peer-reviewed journals, including research published in JMIR Pediatrics and Parenting, Diabetes and Cancers.
