His career has focused on bridging the gap between scientific research and clinical application, particularly in the development and commercialisation of emerging medical technologies. Paul’s expertise spans regulatory strategy, reimbursement pathways, marketing, sales, financial planning, and the cultivation of key opinion leader networks, capabilities that have supported the successful translation of multiple advanced therapies into clinical practice. He previously served on the board of Verigen Australia Pty Ltd, a human cell therapies company, where he contributed to the growth and governance of one of the early pioneers in the regenerative medicine field.
In his role at Marine Biomedical, Paul provides strategic oversight and industry insight to support the company’s expansion into global medtech markets.
